Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Standard returns must be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging.
Keep all accessories, manuals, inserts, and included gifts together. Wait for approval and the return address before sending your item.
Return costs, made clear
Standard non-defective returns carry a 25% restocking fee, and the customer pays for tracked return shipping. Other applicable costs are detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
The restocking fee does not apply where prohibited by law or when we confirm the item arrived defective or incorrect.
12 months of manufacturing coverage
Defects in materials or workmanship are covered for 12 months from delivery. If the product was made incorrectly, contact us so we can help.
30-day phone-case replacement
If your Evolved phone case breaks in the first 30 days after delivery, we’ll send a replacement for free, including replacement shipping.

Can I return an opened product because I changed my mind?
Opened products do not qualify under our standard voluntary returns policy. This does not affect mandatory cancellation rights or your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.
How do I start a return?
Visit our return portal, sign in with the email used for your order, and select the item. Wait for approval and follow the return instructions we provide.
What happens after you receive my return?
We inspect the approved return and notify you of the outcome. If accepted, the refundable amount, less any applicable costs, is returned to the original payment method.
What if the product is defective?
Contact us with your order number and photos or a short video. Product issues are reviewed separately from standard change-of-mind returns.
